Seasonal Living does not manufacture the products offered on its website or in its catalogs. However, certain products are covered by a Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty, which is available on www.SeasonalLiving.com. We also provide the Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty to buyers with their Sales Order Acknowledgement and include it with product shipments. To obtain warranty service for defective products, please follow the instructions included in the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.

  • All products are sold “as-is.”
  • Buyer agrees that Seasonal Living is not liable for any breach of warranty claims or for any damages resulting from a manufacturer’s failure to honor its warranty obligations.
  • Buyer is responsible for reading, understanding, and following all product care instructions, operation, safety, product warnings, other notices, and limited warranty information and to furnish ALL OF THIS INFORMATION TO YOUR CUSTOMER. We strongly recommend any buyer re-selling Seasonal Living product that they document and or record providing the end user with all of this important information.
  • Buyer agrees to notify end customers that failure to comply with all product instructions, notices, and warnings may void any warranty associated with the product.
