First blot with dry cloth. Can spot clean with water, mild detergant and water solution, or bleach and water solutions. May remove insert and with closed zipper machine wash cold gentle cylce. ALWAYS AIR DRY!  DO NOT PLACE in DRYER OR HOT IRON.
