(“Seasonal Living”) respects your privacy and we want you to understand the ways in which we do and do not use the information you transmit when you visit our website or purchase from our warehouse or through any other venue.  By visiting seasonalliving.com or otherwise providing Seasonal Living with your personal or company information, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. The information gathered by Seasonal Living falls into two categories: (1) personally identifiable information voluntarily supplied by customers or visitors to our website through optional registration or other methods and (2) non-personally identifiable information routinely gathered as visitors navigate through our website, visit our warehouse, or otherwise interact with Seasonal Living representatives.  For example, we collect information about our customers when a customer provides us with his name, business card or address at a trade show, faxes or emails Seasonal Living requesting a catalog or product information, completes a form on our website under the “Contact” tab or through other websites that forward this information to us or when he places an order with us.  We also collect information about customers through the use of “cookies” on our website.
